Tim Needham is a seasoned nonprofit coach, a nonprofit executive director, and the co-founder of Nonprofit Academy. With over 20 years of experience in the sector, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work.

Before entering the nonprofit world, Tim served in the United States Navy, where he was deployed twice during the Iraq War. He then completed his education at Liberty University and became a youth pastor, but it wasn't until he began working for a street outreach program that he discovered his passion for helping the homeless and at-risk youth in St. Louis, Missouri.

In 2017, Tim started his nonprofit organization, Restoration House STL, which has since made a significant impact in the city of St. Louis, serving over 4,000 at-risk youth last year alone. As an avid supporter of various charities across the United States, Tim has served on the Board of Directors for Living Faith Christian Academy and actively supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
