Mary Valloni is a highly accomplished nonprofit coach, consultant, author, and speaker with a successful track record of helping organizations get started, achieve their financial goals, and make a positive impact in their communities and around the world.

With over two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector, Mary has worked with a wide range of clients, providing strategic advice and expert guidance on a variety of issues including board development, fundraising, and organizational effectiveness. Mary has held senior positions at several leading nonprofit organizations including the American Cancer Society, Special Olympics and the ALS Association where she gained a wealth of experience in the field.

Mary is the award-winning author of the book, Fundraising Freedom, the co-founder of Fully Funded Academy and the co-founder of Nonprofit Academy.

Tim Needham is a seasoned nonprofit coach, a nonprofit executive director, and the co-founder of Nonprofit Academy. With over 20 years of experience in the sector, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work.

Before entering the nonprofit world, Tim served in the United States Navy, where he was deployed twice during the Iraq War. He then completed his education at Liberty University and became a youth pastor, but it wasn't until he began working for a street outreach program that he discovered his passion for helping the homeless and at-risk youth in St. Louis, Missouri.

In 2017, Tim started his nonprofit organization, Restoration House STL, which has since made a significant impact in the city of St. Louis, serving over 4,000 at-risk youth last year alone. As an avid supporter of various charities across the United States, Tim has served on the Board of Directors for Living Faith Christian Academy and actively supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
